Clowney could never do what Adrian Hubbard, Xzavier Dickson, and Jeoff Pagan are doing right? No never.

No talented DL prospect could ever choose a BASE 3-4 system and make a name for himself.

Not that he wouldn't have succeeded there, but OLBs in a 3-4 have a lot more run responsibilities. They don't rush the passer every down.

Spurrier basically trots Clowney out there and says "go get 'em boy."

Nick Saban is such a defensive Idiot. If only he had thought of that brilliant scheme and pitched it to Clowney. Evil Nick would have had Clowny dropping into coverage on the reg. Probably try to turn him into a Safety or something.

I really don't think JC cares about NCAA championships. There are a handful of players every couple of decades that are destined to the NFL, and he's been a projected #1 pick since he was 15 years old. NCAA is just a necessary stop along the way and he will move on to better things.

Why are you being so defensive and sarcastic? frick, I was merely pointing out the differences in schemes.

It might not help Carolina now but when Spurrier retires it will be a better job and who knows, ten years from now (Saban retired) Carolina might come into Bama and steal a player or two.

Small steps - South Carolina becoming just as good as Fla and UGA, while passing Tenn.

Thank you.

Stephon Gilmore started it, then Alshon Jeffery, then Marcus Lattimore, then Clowney ...

But we've taken some good football players out of Bama over the years. Not many, but a few.

Bama had 35 sacks. USCe had 43. Not a big difference.

Typical Bama fan, adding titles when they don't even exist. He's a true Soph, so that's 2. Period. You haven't earned shite for 2013. For all you know, Nick Saban gets in a Jet Ski accident while fricking one of his assistants and loses his job, and then you go 4-8.

9 real titles

btw 2/10

Damn even the corndogs are biting

Still time for 1 possibly 2. Better chance of acquiring a heisman in that stretch with SC as well.

Clowney was a little freaked out on his recruiting visit to Tuscaloosa when Nick said he represented the lollipop guild.

It would have been hard for Clowney to respect someone he was taller then when he was 3.
