After murdering the mother of his unborn child and leaving his son with cerebral palsy he will walk free with maybe half of his life left. He is asking for custody of his now 18 year old special needs son as well.
This is just wrong in my opinion, he will serve just 18 years, he should have been executed.
Thoughts ?

pisses me off so bad. his son is the way he is because he killed the childs mother while pregnant. Its pathetic. That idiot should never see the light of day, and never get to see that poor little boy ever.

Well there’s no fricking way this can happen, right?

He should in no way get custody, or any access to money he made that was set aside for that child.

This is wrong on multiple levels. He shouldn’t see the light of day.

I'm guessing he won't. It's a small victory, but he lacks O.J.'s fame or ability to keep making serious money, so life after prison isn't likely to be particularly good to him.

Crazy enough he’s going to be walking the streets soon. Can’t insgine he’ll get anything more than supervised visits.
Based upon his MENSA level strategy to choose a hit job on his fiancé and unborn child vs pay a few thousand a month in support.. I don’t see Carruth having too many skills outside of the career he already lost.

Was on my mind today too. Forgot how messed up his sentence was. Barely doing more time than the driver, and he's still young.

That's fricked up. I remember hearing his wife say on the phone when she was dying that her husband rae Carruth the football player had her shot. He should have been given the death penalty imho, but at least life without parole, he had his pregnant wife murdered. Piece of shite.
