Might have single-handedly caused Tre Mason's mental issues. 46 carries in the game, think he tooks a few shots to the head. Well done Gus.

We love to lol at Louisiana St8, but you don't hear much about Bama's 5 game streak over UGA

1) We don't play every year. We don't brag about winning 3 of the last 4 against clemson because it's not like it's an annual thing

2) UGA doesn't talk shite or act like we're high and mighty like LSU does. They get crapped on for their losing streak because they go in every year thinking it's their right to win

3) In 15 and 12 we knew we were the inferior team and were just hoping it'd be close. One was, one wasn't. 08 we lost to a much better team. 12/17/18 were all slobberknockers between heavyweights, there is a certain respect there (I imagine) in a close, tough game well earned.

4) Going along with the point above, most of the losses have been back and forth battles we've come up short. Lots of the LSU wins have been complete blowouts where everyone watching knew lsu didn't have a chance by the 3rd quarter.

2018 SEC is higher than 2012 to me. Just the story of the guy who got benched a year earlier against the same team in the same building coming back to save his team in pretty much the same scenario........You can’t write that shite.

317 carries his last season at Auburn. Ended up with apparent CTE. 46 carries in one game is abusive.

I forgot how close that game was on the scoreboard but watching it it didnt look like it

It was 29-7 and I think Griffith missed a chip shot FG and UF scored a cheap Garbage TD. They couldn’t do shite on offense, their 1 earlier TD was a punt return

He actually got laid out by a ref in that game, you can clearly see his head bouncing off the turf.

Is it wrong to point out how a guy's life was ruined by Gus? Guess that's the Aubie mentality. Are you familiar at all with Tre Mason's story shortly after he left Auburn?

Really???

2001

LSU 31
Tennessee 20

Best SEC Championship Game ever.

Yes, not the narrow time frame in your OP.

This. This is why I ask what is wrong with you. You're solely blaming Gus for something that you have absolutely no clue about, completely out of left field in a thread that has nothing to do with that. It is fairly disturbing of you.

Ah, there it is. Using fandom to apply blame to something which again you clearly know very little about.

Extensively. Please enlighten me how the Mizzou game single-handedly caused Tre Mason's mental issues. Considering you don't actually know what his diagnosis is, I'm all ears to hear your medical opinion.

I honestly thought there would be more close games than this.

That's par for the course, I'm afraid. The following bolded scores are the ones that were decided by a touchdown or less.

1992: 28-21
1993: 28-13
1994: 24-23
1995: 34-3
1996: 45-30
1997: 30-29
1998: 24-14
1999: 34-7
2000: 28-6
2001: 31-20
2002: 30-3
2003: 34-13
2004: 38-28
2005: 34-14
2006: 38-28
2007: 21-14
2008: 31-20
2009: 32-13
2010: 59-17
2011: 42-10
2012: 32-28
2013: 59-42
2014: 42-13
2015: 29-15
2016: 54-16
2017: 28-7
2018: 35-28

Even a 14 point spread, you are only adding 2015, 2008, 2006, 2004, 2001,and 1998.
12 out of 27.

Never heard a stadium as loud as when UGA blocked the FG and ran it for a TD

Only time I can recall hearing anything louder was when Jalen ran in the TD in 2018.

Alabama is 3-1 in those games. 2-0 vs UGA, 1-1 vs Florida.

On the flip side, Alabama also won the second most lopsided game (2016) and third most lopsided game (2014).

That was one of the weirdest games to watch. I was there and for whatever reason, I didn't give two shits what Mizzou did. It just didn't matter and I knew it didn't matter
