Bama is just Red and white

Gray is our third color.

Where does it say that white is an official color for LSU?? Your official site shows only two, purple and yellow.

Red didn't exist before Bama put it on the jersey.

We don't have separate throwback jerseys because we never abandoned the throwbacks.

I love it.

We are the beginning and the end, the alpha and omega of the SEC. We'll leave the latest in fashion to the rest of you.

I'd be making off-season threads too if my team was going to the Alamo Bowl or the Peach Bowl.

Slow day in Austin I see.

The win over Dwight and the Lakers the other night was probably my favorite regular season win of all-time.

Mine was still Shaq returning in 1996 when Nick Anderson hit the game-winning three. Cartoon uniforms and all. The O-rena went nuts.

[quote]11)UGA- yet another team with red. Black and red together is even uglier. Plus they stole the packers uniforms [/quote

Actually, it was the Packers who asked for permission to use the UGA "G". UGA had the original uni's. Boom!

false, the packers "G" was the original. UGA copied it after it's inception. According to this, georgia asked the packers permission after they changed their logo from some shitty block style to the packers emblem BOOM ka fricking BOOM

quote:

Actually, the answer is both teams had it first. Green Bay used the oval "G" first while Georgia was using more of a block letter. Georgia redesigned theirs (with a commercial artist in charge of "branding" the emblem) and it was a close match for the Green Bay "G". They even got permission from Green Bay to use it. Then Green Bay redesigned theirs, and it shifted away from the oval "G". Later, Green Bay went back to the oval "G", and the few distinctions between the original Green Bay "G" and the sleek Georgia "G" of the 1960s were eliminated. So basically, Georgia came close to Green Bay's emblem with a slightly different "G", then Green Bay eventually switched to the same "G". Neither is generally considered a coy or rip-off. Both franchises seem to enjoy the emblem, though.

No.

Georgia Traditions

The Packers have altered theirs some since the 60s and it resembles our original redesign more, but they were first.

The best IMO

1. LSU's white
2. Auburn's all white
3. Ole Miss's red with grey pants

Yeah. These are sexy as frick.

Cue Alabama fans. Seriously though, we should still break them out once a year.
