Yep. You know your football program is in bad shape when you lose to a wide receiver playing QB with 8 plays.

Mizzou

Best - Chase Daniel
Worst - Kent Skornia

Other very good ones, alpha because I'd hate to try and rank them:
James Franklin
Blaine Gabbert
Jeff Handy
Corby Jones
Brad Smith

Worst: Jefferson... Hatch was at least extremely intelligent. Would not have:

I didn't start watching till the Arky game of 94, so I don't remember any before Herb Tyler, but...
Rohan Davey
J. Russell
Flynn
Mauck
Tyler
Josh Booty
Marcus Randall
J. Lee and J. Jefferson(tie)
Rick Clausen
Andrew Hatch
Guess I missed a couple. The bottom 4 you could prolly put either which way you want

Mizzou Top to Bottom
1. Chase Daniel
2. Brad Smith
3. James Franklin
4. Blaine Gabbert
5. Corby Jones
6. Jeff Handy
7. Kirk Farmer
8. Darius Outlaw
9. Kent Keifer
10. Kent Skornia
11. Jim Dougherty
12. Brandon Corso

QB's 6-10 are from the Darkest of Dark Ages of Mizzou Football History. Jones was an awesome Option QB but not as well rounded.
Brad Smith=My favorite Tiger of all time. A one man show and most responsible of any player to Mizzou coming out of 20+ years of absolute shitty football.

I think he could do pretty well in the NFL, granted I don't want to see him play anytime soon.

I would agree with this list. Although I think Tanklin will end up being better than Smith.

And this is why I would still put Smith ahead of Franklin. Daniel has to be 1st since he was a Heisman finalist.

Right on.

Best: Mallet/Wilson

Worst: Peanut Adams

You could go old school and say Joe Ferguson as the best.

Dick would have been mediocre under anyone but Nutt (usually its the other way around). Adams was just terrible.

I'm too young to remember Adams. I just know he's from Springfield.

I think he'd be starting on some teams, but as it is, if Brees went down the Saints wouldn't see a drop-off. Chase is one of the toughest competitors I've ever seen, and would work his arse off.

Phil Johnson was better than Keifer. So he has to be on that list.
