He wasn't annoying like Palmer and Doug Johnson though.

I'd take Moseley over Jeff Klein. Klein was one of the worst QBs I can remember. But because Klein sucked, the staff went to look at Daniel Cobb, and ended up with Rudi. Could be worse I suppose.

I still remember that damn game against Tennessee in '99. Klein throws a fricking pick 6 to start the game.

best to worst:
Barker
McElroy
Croyle (based on talent alone)
McCarron (He could be at the top of the list soon)
Gary Hollingsworth
Andrew Zow/Tyler Watts
Tyler Watts/Andrew Zow
John Parker Wilson
A few mediocre guys not worth mentioning
Brandon Avalos
Spencer Pennington (zero talent but a lot of heart)

Best: Brodie Croyle (didn't win much and was hurt a lot, but had bad teams, bad coaches, etc.)
Worst: Spencer Pennington is obvious but he only played due to injury. I would go John David Phillips or Tyler Watts.

Worst: Tommy Beecher. Started 1 game, had 4 INTs and never say the field again.

I would put Tyler Watts at the bottom. Pennington was never expected to be a D1 QB. Wilson is a little low as well. He had a nice deep ball. Brodie should be lower.

Cory phillips played on an underachieving donnan coached team, stepped in and won games, had at least 1 i think 2 of 400 yards, cox played on a talented team that had plenty of talent around him, he did throw a chunk of tds but threw a chunk of ints, he was senior that had been around for 5 years phillips was a junior that came of the bench. Like i said cox had his moments, but imo he was the worst
