The series rolls on. My list....

#1 Derek Stingley: (LSU)
He has fallen down in some people’s eyes. But I want to believe injury problems lead to this. He has a lot of experience at this point. And is going to be a Top 10 pick next season if nothing drastic happens. He’s number 1.

#2 Eli Ricks: (LSU)
Hard to put him any lower than the top 3. He was dominant last season. Best DB in single Coverage in the nation according PFF. He and Stingley together are the best DBs in the nation imo.

#3 Malachi Moore: (Alabama)
He was great last season as a freshmen. 3 ints but what impressed me is his tackling. Ricks and him will be battling for the top spot for the next couple years.

#4 Josh Jobe: (Alabama)
He’s everywhere. Hard to throw on his side as he is one of the top corners in PD( pass deflections) and has a nose for the ball with 2 forced fumbles last season. Jobe and Moore are the top duo in the nation with Stingley and Ricks. 1A and 1B.

#5 Emmanuel Forbes: (Miss State)
Might be a little high for some. But for me he’s perfect for this spot. Every game I watch he’s making plays. 5 ints as a Freshmen is terrific. He could move up on this list with another good season.

Honorable mentions:
Leon o Neal (Texas AM)
Jay Ward (LSU)
Hudson Clark (Arkansas)
Roger Mccreary (Auburn)
Smoke Monday (Auburn)
Brian Branch (Alabama)
Joe Foucha (Arkansas)
Kaiir Elam (Florida)
Jalen Catalon (Arkansas)

Pretty good list

Way underrated.

The NFL draft will prove it.

He has experience. Getting beat deep is getting to be an area of expertise and dominance. Does the NFL give brownie points for laying on the field until the coach comes and gets you?

Until the 2021 season is about 2/3 complete there is no way to make this list. If three of your top five are injured and miss half the season, what will your rankings look like?

To his defense, Smith punked everyone. Stingley also played hurt most of the year, but he still would have gotten beat by Smith even if 100%.

You're being kind. The SEC wore this kid out all season. DeVonta is what happens when you actually think you're all-SEC. Never has more been said about less.

Stingley actually played Smith good at 100 percent in 2019. That one TD he gave up was the coaches talking to him on a fluke play you could say. The other one Smith definitely burnt Sting but that should have never happened because we should have been in prevent or something. Not letting Stingley be matched up with Smith 1v1 when they have to throw deep. Wish we could have seen more of that matchup at full strength.

Mizzou two freshman corners are about to surprise y’all.

They got one year of experience already in and Rakestraw is damn good.

Kid is a great player. He was easily the best player on the field in the LSU game although that may not be saying much.
