In order to qualify for this, the firing must have happened less than 3 years ago, and the replacement must have one year under his belt.

This is based on the replacement coaches vs their predecessors

Here's mine

1. McElwain over Muschamp (Won East twice vs 4-8 season)
2. Kirby over Richt (SEC Championship vs consecutive stale seasons)
3. Luke over Freeze (Mediocrity vs Mediocrity
4. Odom over Pinkel (Mediocrity vs Mediocrity plus two good seasons)
5. Mason over Franklin (Less than average vs a coach who was good on a terrible team)
6. Muschamp over Spurrier (Good coach vs Offensive mastermind)
7. Orgeron over Miles (No words here)

Muschamp went 4-8 two seasons prior when practically their entire team was injured. I'm not sure Muschamp doesn't win the East in 2015 with Will Grier at QB.

I feel have of these "homer" jokes! Luke over Freeze...I don't even think the administration believes that for a second...nor the team or else you wouldn't have players leaving in droves (hasn't got jack to do with wanting to play for anything...no guarantees of that anywhere). Mason over Franklin...come on, when you change the program...you are the trendsetter that has gone over the hurdles and through the barriers to make it easy for the next guy. Muschamp over Spurrier...you're a disgrace for even putting on you page!!!
