Probably the 6 best programs this century. Note that Major Bowl appearances are all the current New Year's Six Bowls when they were not a Semifinal or National Championship that year. Also a CFB Playoff SemiFinal is counted in the Bowl Appearance category but the Playoff Championship is not.

I would probably flip LSU and OSU, but other than that I agree.

It's insane that 1/3 of our seasons over that period (2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007) were basically dog shite

Amazing that Alabama's winning percentage is that high given how shitty we were the first half of this century.

I think some of you’re numbers are wrong but I don’t care enough to go through them.
Assuming your numbers are right, it’s hard to change your rankings. Maybe flip flop LSU and OSU because OSU has been a title contender and winner in both decades like LSU and Bama and unlike Clemson.

Yep but it makes sense. The 2002 and 2005 seasons are above Bama's average win percentage. So that's 14 of the 20 seasons listed

Winning consecutive 12W seasons will help

The most important stats I did my best to double check. The Bowl and Major bowl stuff got a bit confusing and a mistake might be there

Bama is the only dynasty. They are first.
LSU has year in and year out the hardest schedule on that list, having to play Bama, UF and Auburn every year as well as playing the best SEC OOC schedule . They also BEAT three other teams on that list for national titles.
Clemson is third because they appear to be in the middle of a run and this was just a speed bump in the middle of their likely dynasty. But they need to win two more now to jump LSU because of the head to head edge LSU has and our conference and consistency over two decades.
Ohio State gets the nod over Oklahoma imho.
USC should not be on this list.

Went back and forth on this but decided to add some depth. Plus they were arguably the "it" team in the 2000s

How does Florida compare to USC?

Just imagine if UF didn’t sink for about 9 years with those 2 horrible hires. SMH.
We on the comeback though.

Really fun debate and I agree with the order you have the seven.
Would be crazy to think how USC would have played into this even more if they didn't get just killed with sanctions.

Problem is Carroll-led USC is #1/2 and under anyone else it’s dead last. I’m like 90% certain their best year was under Coach O
