Would you give this coach an extension?
18’ 10-3 losses to Ky,UGA,Mizz NY6 bowl win 3rd in east
19’ 11-2 losses to LSU,UGA NY6 bowl win 2nd in east
20’ 8-3 losses to A&M, UGA, TBD 2nd in east

What is Mullen? Is he our long term answer? The record obviously isn’t bad but 2nd in the east is getting old. Do you extend Mullen and keep trying? Let him finish his contract? Fire him all together and get someone else? If you were in our shoes how would you feel?

If you’re averaging 10 regular season wins a year (non-COVID years), and recruiting is starting to improve, you gotta invest in that guy.

This is what scares me. Florida’s own Mark Richt. I don’t want 10 years of 2nd place.

I think Mullen is a good coach. I think, however, to win at the level blue blood programs like UF demand he needs to recruit better. Mullen could get lucky if he makes a homerun hire after he chases Grantham off but I don't think it will be sustainable.

That is the key. Mullen needs to step up recruiting. Very underwhelming class this year.

Yeah think it’s pretty proven you need a top 3 class every 4 years and elite QB play. I’m not sure Mullen will ever recruit on that level.

Mullen needs to hire a non-retread defensive coordinator and put more emphasis on recruiting.

It might just be that kids don't want to live there.

Recruiting isnt really improving, we’ve hovered at 10 his whole tenure.

Mullen followed 2 of the worst HCs we’ve had in a long time. But yeah let’s fire a guy who’s won 10 plus the past 2 seasons and has our offense as one of the best we’ve seen in over a decade

What a dumb frick ...

No Trask, no Pitts, no Toney, no Grimes, No Pierce, 4 of 5 starters gone on the OL. I’d say yeah ‘21 could be rough with Emory and a bunch of unproven talent.

I think you have to give Mullen more time. I mean 4-5 years at least. Don't listen to people on the rant. Most are going to troll with their answers, anyway. Give him a shot for 2-3 more years. If things don't improve, then look around. But I just odn't think 3 years is long enough for a good look at a coach.

And, I wouldn't count the UGA game as a loss just yet.

I never said fire him, I was asking the Rants opinion. You’re projecting and maybe you should clean your Vag too.
