If you knew that winning eight games next season would mean that Coach O would be made coach for life at LSU would you pull other teams to win so that your season ended 7-5?
I don't know what goes on in LSU fans heads, but if I had the level of failure that he has had, I would him want to go out on a low note.

I admit he was the lazy hire, but he along with Aranda and Canada is better than what we had before. He knew what was wrong (practicing 100-play scrimmages the Wednesday before a game, etc.) and things looked much better the very next week after firing Les and Cameron. We broke a lot of offensive records this year, all under Orgeron. The offense wasn't good against Bama, but I wouldn't call it bad because we scored 42 on Mizzou, 38 on Ole Miss and Arkansas, and 54 at Kyle Field. Nearly 30 on Louisville.
