If you don't think Gus is a good coach how do you explain the 2 wins over Saban the SEC Championship and him winning the WEST 2 times in just 5 years? Do you think the Auburn program is just so talent rich that the talent overcomes Gus's coaching?

How do you explain blowing a 20 point lead to Ed Orgeron?

Ed O is well under .500 as a coach. Gus is around .700

Ed O is 10-4 as head coach at LSU.

That equates to a .714 winning percentage.

Don't @ me.

Gus is a good coach, and he is an exemplary representative of your program. He's shown that he can sustain AU's historical W-L record, he's a great fit.

Well you didnt mention win percentage as a reason. I could say that O has hire win percentage at LSU than Gus at Auburn, but I don't actually think O is a better coach.

And so you know, Gus' career winning percentage is under .700

The more you know!

Why not just say "Question for everyone?"

Gus needed two of the luckiest plays in the history of college football to achieve his only season with fewer than 4 losses.

I think he's a good coach. Why aren't you asking this on the the Auburn board? Y'all are the ones who want to fire him every other year.

Thoroughly looking forward to the arse beating that will take place in JHS when LSU comes to town next year. Hopefully this time when one of your autistic fans decides to light our trees on fire again we'll have a mob there to kick his arse as badly as our football team did LSU earlier in the day.

Why do you care what the kids around here think of your university’s coach?
He’s a heckuva lot more successful than any of them are.
Consider the source of the critiques, and move on.
