I think even Coach Bryant had a quote about being hard on the team when everyone else was praising them, and talking them up when everyone else has counted them out. It's not something new.

I think every team has an identity, and unfortunately this year's team has a bit of an issue with criticism. Perhaps its a lack of senior leadership, but I think there are perhaps some fragile egos, or young guys that just need more encouragement than we're used to. I believe he realizes he needs to cater to that a bit more if he's going to get this team focused and fine tune the mistakes down the stretch
