How would you feel about moving Iron Bowl closer to the start of the season?
Auburn plays a physical Georgia game and then a physical Bama game within 3 weeks of each other and then sec cg. That's tough.

Make it the 3rd game of the year

They won one. Don't let it eat you. It's not that big of a deal.

I would be pretty pissed if they moved the Iron Bowl.

Seems like they should move the UGA game instead of the Iron Bowl.

Has nothing to do with it. Auburn caught the raw end of that deal. And does every season if you think about it.

We have a physical LSU and MSU game before the Iron Bowl too. Physicality is the name of the game

No.
Quit being so worried about the Auburn hot streaks...they only happen every 4 years.

I agree so why not spread the difficulty out instead of all three loading up November.

I say move the UGA game to October like the Alabama vs Tennessee game and leave the IB where it is.

Iron Bowl has to stay the last game of the year.
I am in favor of moving the DSOR to earlier in the season - especially if Georgia and Bama are going to be home/home or away/away from now on.
I would love for the IB to move back a week and both teams have the Saturday after Thanksgiving off, but other teams will scream that's not fair.

That would work as well moving Georgia.

Yea, as someone not invested it seems like Auburn/Georgia around the same time as Alabama/Tennessee would make sense.
The idea of a UGA/Bama/SECCG 3 game streak for Auburn is incredibly difficult, especially if that team in Atlanta is generally Georgia. That's 3 of the most physical games in college football and they are back to back to back.

I'd be fine moving UGA game but not Iron Bowl.

Btw not my original thought. Beat writer for auburn and Gary Harris were discussing it today on radio.

Playing teams from the other division late makes no sense.
In case of the rematch, you could get what we got: a rematch of something 3 weeks later.
We should be all done with inter-division games by the end of October, IMO.

Move the UGA game to earlier in the season... East vs. West games should be played in September or October.

That's a good point as well. I had not thought about it but like I said the Auburn writer (Brent?) brought it up that Auburn had Alabama then Georgia then the seccg. He said the schedule finally caught up with them.
