I think most people were pissed off about how arrogant you gators fans have been. At first everyone was just joking around saying they wanted FGCU to win, but after a while some people just got annoyed by the overwhelming arrogance of some gators on here. Saying that they were the"kings of the SEC" and that UF was "everybody's daddy". Plus everyone likes a good Cinderella story, and FGCU was that team this year. Everyone knew that y'all were probably gonna win, but your fans didn't need to rub it in.

Florida fans get irritated when we say we are your daddy because we have won the SEC all around athletics trophy year after year and you want to pick one sport and act like you're the king.
