Pruitt will be the next head coach at the University of Alabama

Former Alabama quarterback John Parker Wilson played high school football for Jeremy Pruitt and wants Pruitt to return to their mutual alma mater as a head coach at some point.
Until then, though, Wilson said he’s going to be concerned about Tennessee as long as Pruitt is the Vols’ head coach.
Wilson told Birmingham’s WJOX radio Friday morning that he’s more worried about Pruitt’s Vols than Kirby Smart’s Georgia Bulldogs in the long run.
That’s the loudest of ringing endorsements when considering the fact that Georgia is the reigning SEC champion and came painfully close to beating Alabama in last season’s national championship game.

JPW doesn't have to coach or recruit against either so what he's "worried about" is wholly irrelevant.

Did JPW also play defense at Hoover? Pruitt was the D-coordinator.

Pruitt was never a coach at Hoover at the time JPW was there anyway. JPW graduated in 04, Pruitt's first season at Hoover was 04 as DB coach

He is. Parker played QB and they had a segment on whether he was going to keep playing football or baseball at the college level.
