It is an exercise in futility to continue the back and forth until Nov. 5th. Both teams are eerily similar and are the best two teams in America hands down. LSU gets it done with speedy waterbugs on D and UA gets it done with mass and strength. Neither team has Dan Marino under center, and neither team needs to in order to win. Sweet Christ, some of the tards on both sides are getting ridiculous. I propose that we come together, collectively laugh at the impotent nature of the rest of the conference, and approach the game with a "wait and see" view. Do I hear a second?

Oh, and if tl;dr...you probably already have, or will have, an L against the teams referenced in this thread.

I was just going to not visit the SECr maybe for the next month. It's getting worse on both sides by the week.

LSU Alabama

The rest of the SEC.

Seems logical until 11/5 to see which team takes the top spot. The Bama/LSU arguments about who is better is as bad as the Ole Miss and MState arguments on who is worse just not as sad.

I agree

If both teams are undefeated when they meet on November 5th then I will be satisfied that the world got to see the best two teams play head to head!

Nice post NBama. We all, myself included, go overboard time to time. The truth is, if both teams stay unbeaten, 'Bama will be a slight favorite, as they should be, with the game at home. As usual in this series, there will be no shame for the loser. Let's just hope the zebras stay out of it. I was up there in '09 and a great game was marred by incompetent zebras. May the best team win, and then go on to win it all.
