Not sure where that range come from but it's not right.

The 60s is considered average for PFF grades, not 70s. If you look at their color scale the 70's are green in color, doubt they mean "average" for green.

It's more like...

90+ = elite of elite
80-89 = very good to elite
70-79 = good
60-69 = average range
50-59 = mediocre range
40-49 = bad range
below 40 = worst of the worst

There's a big scale below 60 overall, you've got a lot of guys in the 50s, 40s and some even in 30s.

While I think we need to run some packages for Gatewood at this point, he handled himself really well in the second half of the game against Tennessee. Consistently hit slants and short routes. Only made a couple mistakes (and that was earlier in the game). And no INTs when apparently the whole conference was throwing them.

If we can get Wilson's second half performance from Saturday, we can win games. I don't need the next Tim Couch. I just need a guy who can throw it enough to open up the box.

It also helps when Gran runs plays that puts him in a good position and not a bunch of 3rd and longs.

If you would have told anyone who follows SEC football that Brennan would be a top 10 QB in the nation averaing 370 yards a game, people would have been saying Ed managed to sustain and a dynasty is brewing

But

We almost ended up with Bo when House left for Kansas City. Glad we just promoted within with White.

There's only one elite QB in the SEC.

It's starting to look likely that Brennan will be out for at least the next game. Congrats, Gamecocks.

Without the 1000 drops on offense Brennan would probably be at 90. He has really impressed thus far for his first year.

Mac at Bama is a great passer, and his receivers are special. He deserves praise.
