Sanders claims that his belongings got stolen in his locker during the game. The administration claims that it was just misplaced and Sanders has his belongings returned to him. Sanders claims that the administration is lying and it was absolutely stolen.

He's coached one game and gotten robbed twice already.

Typical Jackson.

This is a pattern with him. He will burn the whole place down before he is done and it is always everyone else's fault.

The man has been called Primetime most his entire life and now he is taking on a culture that if he does make out about him and or jumps to a bitter program quickly he will humiliate it.

So you don’t think rampant theft on campus should be reported? He’s “burning it down” by saying there is a problem when people steal others property on campus?

Exactly. Theft has become so ingrained in Jackson it’s like it’s not a big deal. That place has gone to shite

Sanders abolutely should shine a light on what happened to his belongings. Whatever happened, the security at Veterans Memorial Stadium was piss poor. Either a thief broke into the coach's office, where Sanders said his stuff was, or someone with security took Sanders' things without his knowledge, as JSU initially claimed, which is also a problem. Should someone or something take responsibility? Yes, and it should be Jackson State. They shouldn't wait for something like this to happen before implementing proper security measures.

Sanders is at Jackson State because he wants to be there, not because he needs to be. JSU will have to step up its game if it wants to hang on to him for a while.

I love these fools on Twitter saying Deion shouldn’t have said anything because it makes Jackson State look bad. Deion is the best thing that’s happened to them in 30 years and they are screwing it up. I hope people are fired over this.

He rolled into his press conference when he was hired like he was going to change things and even mentioned the crime in the area, but I will bet dollars to donuts that he has never lifted a finger on the issue or met with the administration about it or done anything. He will surely complain about it though when it happens to him.

Are we to believe no other coach on his staff or player has had anything stolen since he took the job? Why not complain about it then? Because it is all about Deion.

You will learn. When he leaves JSU and both sides hate each other, you will see. There will probably be lawsuits.

So you're saying Deion is a narcissist? This is not news. Still, his presence at Jackson State has put the SWAC in the public eye a bit more than it normally would be. John Hendrick, the JSU coach before Sanders, probably knew better than to leave his personal belongings out in the open at a SWAC football game. But, if his things had been stolen and he talked about it in a postgame press conference the way Sanders did, its hard to imagine he would have gotten the press coverage that Sanders did. Is it all about Deion in this case? I think the bigger picture of putting a spotlight on the SWAC's shortcomings was a good thing.

To your point about Sanders leaving JSU acrimoniously, I'm more open-minded about it than you are. If he wins big, relatively speaking, and then leaves for a bigger program your scenario may not play out.

I am saying he is not only the biggest narcissist you will ever see, he is also terrible at anything other than playing sports. He has never had to work for anything in his life and never will. He shouldn't be in charge of anything, but because he is famous and likes to run his mouth, people keep giving him extra rope, which ends up hanging them and not him.

You'll see. He claims to be a Christian now, so he only does things for the benefit of others and somehow he becomes the persecuted one. He has learned from some of the best preacher/fleecers in the business how to take the fake high road.

If I am having things stolen and the administration would rather pretend it wasn't happening, I can assure you I would be hating them when I left. I am thankful Deion is calling people out for this. I wish him the best.

Do you think Deion was the first one to have anything stolen? Why the uproar when it happens to him and not someone else? Why didn't he go public when someone else had their stuff taken? Or do you really think no one has had anything stolen other than the head coach?
