I thought us "Poors" at LSU didn't have the money to even go buy a pack of State Fair Corndogs at Wal-Mart.

Aranda just got 10 million for 4 years. (More than many HC's)

Just waiting on the OC announcement now..........

You spent an ungodly amount of money on a HC that had a losing record in his final season.. Lost his team. Cant use the backup QB excuse for him while a true freshman QB has played and will play in the last two natty games.

You hired our DC away from us and he was a complete bust. In fact, your defensive stands against us got even worse somehow.

And now, you have failed miserably trying to get ANOTHER coach from the school your administration compares its dick to day after day.

And after all of that, you are left with no defense to speak of. Which is hilarious, because it looks like all of A&Ms chips were in the Aranda basket.. So have fun.

Should have retained Chavis. Having fun staying a big 12 team.

Do you really believe that screwball AD of yours wanted to give Aranda a huge raise?

All he has to do was match and he was willing to match every counter offer.

A & M screwed itself by hiring Dumbo. And as LSU continues to beat dat arse and Dumbo flops like he was doing at Florida St., A & M is gong to have to find a way to buy out his 75 mil contract

and won't be able to afford a corndog

You can spend all you want, and get who you want. But it will not matter. At LSU, Chavis still suffered from his ailment “3rd and Chavis”. However, after Texas A&M stole him away from LSU, Chavis’s legacy took a huge hit after his tenure in college station. Why is that? Could Chavis have some how lost his coaching prowess in the short time between transitioning between LSU and A&M? No, that’s not possible. What caused his defense to fail so miserably was the fact that the culture that encompasses A&M is soft. That’s right, you’re soft. And outside of a Nick Saban hire, there’s no one you can hire to change that. So spend away in futility, and continue to spend into oblivion.
