Both defenses are basically reloading, but as long as HB7 is out there I'm pretty confident in our offense. That dude got straight up schooled in NOLA.

He knows it too. That's why it likely won't be happening again.

Stupid abbreviation for those to lazy to type out Honey Badger. They then add a 7 at the end to signify his number.

I really am more afraid of @ UA than I am vs. UA, next year. Just saying.

Nope...you guys always seem to be more worried about the time a game will be played than anyone else does. It's quite entertaining seeing all of the Tiger angst when the TV schedules come out.

The time means nothing. We've lost night games in BR, and we've won a shitload of night games in BR.

Could be. Especially at LSU.

But Alabama has been a pretty good road team.

Our offense should be better than it was last year. Our offensive line should be the best in college football. Good stable of backs. Experienced QB. Upgrades at WR. Edited: changing our offensive coordinator could be an x factor on the down side.

Our defense should be worse, perhaps more prone to mistakes and big plays--but we'll never field just an "average" defense.

The BIGGEST question is: how does Alabama respond after winning it all? In 2010, they said all the right things but now say they weren't as focused. Now in 2012, they're saying all the same things--we shall see.

IMO there are more questions for LSU. A lot of speculation/hope/faith that this new QB is going to be some kind of magic bullet.

And similar to Bama, the BIGGEST question is: how do they respond to disappointment? Will it be like Florida or Texas, after getting put down by Bama? Or will it be like the 2009 Bama team after getting its heart broke by Florida?

LSU has great leadership under a man with a mastery of the English language, and a history of living up to expectations. I wouldn't worry about it.

LSU does have the revenge/embarrassment thing going for them. I think it's too early to tell. I have a feeling LSU is going to disappoint some folks, though.

While some look at the record, and put alot of stock into the "night game" theory, most just understand that they don't make songs about Louisiana Saturday afternoons. That place, as alot of other stadiums, is about 10 times more raucous when the lights come on. I know at bama, it's always just the swish of pom poms, but if you haven't been on the bayou on a Saturday night, you wouldn't understand.
