Currently listening to the Barnhart show..they are discussing the dilemma the pac10(future 12) is having creating their new conference schedules and the potential loss of traditional rivalries. talks of pushing for a 5-2-2(9 conference games. 5 divisional, 2 perm, 2 roatate) game split. This has potential because all other 12 team confrences have 8 game schedules. Lot of potential impact.

So, It leads to speculate...If the SEC was allowed to play 9 games. What perm sec cross divisional game would you most like to see your team pickup?

Of course we would keep UGA. I think the other pickup (for traditional purposes) would have to be Florida. Florida/Auburn used to be a pretty big deal before expansion, and they were our second perm after expansion as well.

There was a time that the 3rd Saturday in October featured not only Bama/Tenn but AU/UF as well.

Tennessee was a permanent opponent for Ar-Kansas for a while and it didn't work out so well for you. I would take Arkansas back in a heart beat instead of LSU or Auburn.

If we went to 9 SEC games, I would rather have another rotating game rather than another permanent. We don't get to see some of you folks nearly enough.
