It's excruciating not being allowed to play Auburn more than 8 times since we joined the SEC 27 years ago and two of those games were in the same year when they had Cam and won a MNC.
A down to the wire game at their place in early 2010 and then the SECCG that same season.
Of those eight games we have caught them when they were having their best seasons since expansion except for 2004 I think it was.
There are no excuses for losing that 2011 game. That one was on SPURrier. It was Garcia's last game but he should have been booted the week before against Vandy and let Shaw take over full time.
Shaw was held back too long because of a slow opener.
