Sounds good to me. Good for college football. Good for the LSU-Florida rivalry, as well.

And exactly who is Mississippi State's cross division rival?

Would it be too much to ask to go to a 6-1-2 format? I'd love to have UF and UGA as our permanents. Don't really give two shits about the Vandy, UK, USC, Mizzou and UTs of the world.

I assume they mean us with A&M. I'm not sure who y'all get.

No, they mean we will definitely keep Arkansas, and they'll keep us. Now, does it mean that there will be two permanent cross-divisional games, or just one with two rotating games? That is the question.

In other news, I guess UGA can kiss cool non-conference games goodbye in 2015

GT and GSU? Of course, you wont be able to gripe about UF not leaving the state anymore.

Or, is the 6-2-1 a two rotating opponents system?
6 div - 2 rotating & 1 perm... Play everyone 2 times every 6 years..

I meant other than GT, since that's an obvious one. We just won't get to mix it up much any more with OOC high profile teams, which is fun for the fans.

Well, I guess this answers DS's question about how much weight LSU carries in conference...

And they'll continue to play Arkansas on a Friday, because the iron bowl will always trump the battle for the boot or whatever the frick y'all call that "rivalry"
Actually, no. LSU and aTm will finish out the regular season against each other.

LSU is just 1 of 14. Same as every other school in the league.

As a fan, hard to see how anyone would complain about 9.

Tired of the crap FCS and directional games, which A&M is as guilty of signing up as anyone is.

I'm glad we're going to continue to play Florida each year.

I don't like that there has to be another bridge schedule put in place though. I mean, how long does it take to work the kinks out? It's been 3 years now.

I agree, plus more content for SEC Network. I like it as long as one of the 3 OOC is a BCS school.
