Or Spurrier is joining Stricklin in on the whole smokescreen thing. Either they're using Chip Kelly to smokescreen a hire, or they're trying to smokescreen the Chip Kelly hire.

Weird statement. What does almost 100% mean? The guy he's referring to is either coaching or he's not. It's either 100% or 0%.

I am surprised that any self respecting "established" coach would agree to have Spurrier looking over his shoulder. If I was Kelly or Mullen I wouldn't accept the job unless I had assurances that Spurrier would stay out of my way.
