Well that freaking blows.

At least we’re trying to be relevant which is at least progress.

Now we know what Kentucky feels like in football. Too much time had passed since the offer. The guy was bullshitting us to fulfill the terms of his buyout clause from OSU.

Be curious to hear why : whether he decided Georgia wasn't a good fit or whether he asked for a lot and Georgia balked

So does that mean he's not going to coach anywhere?

Sounds like something you'd say during a high school break up.

no one knows.

If he doesn't coach anywhere this year, although it would suck...at least it would appear that he truly doesn't think he's up to it yet.

If he takes another job, well the frick him

It's not you, it's me.

In other words, UGA wasn't willing to give him all he deserves.

Nope, they were willing to make him the second highest paid coach in the SEC behind Calipari. Sounds like a guy getting paid 9 million dollars to sit on his arse, but has to act like he's pursuing jobs to get that money.

Georgia may as well call Fox back. Crean will feel slighted now because he was not the first choice so another Fox is what they will wind up with. When it comes to basketball Georgia should not even try because it is a lost cause.
