Bregman would have started the bus. Put it in drive. Jumped out the door and threw himself under the bus had he had a Lil Sweet type of game today. then he would have got up and took grounders until 2 in the morn like a boss.

I disagree. and I have been following LSU baseball for a long time but certainly since PM has arrived. he reflects honestly on the games and why we won or lost. baseball is different than football; while is is a team sport EVERY player is "on an island". call it an individual team sport. at the college level and esp. at premier teams like LSU, players are held accountable. if the player can't take it, he needs to take his game down the street to another team.
it's tough love but winning is not for pussies.
