We have a level of class and pride that most won’t understand. We love us some football, but there are other items that are more critical.

They’ve spent the week practicing in our facilities. Beat that.

Two teams have coordinated funds with Tulane to help the victims of the hurricane, (which probably impacts LSU fans too). OU and FSU.

It probably doesn't seem like much for you bad guys. I understand. You being too great and powerful and all that stuff. The football world understands that Alabama and OU stepped outside of their world to help. Don't exepect you to understand.

We painted the logos for them. Are giving them the gate (Probably around 2 million all said and done), and both teams are wearing their home jerseys.

They have to bring their own lube for the actual on field festivities.

You know there is a difference between showing what you are doing than doing little more than bragging what you are going to do.

I am totally fine with you telling the things your team is doing for the victims. At least it would be in the present and not some dream in the future

Again, don't expect you to understand.

"They'll definitely feel at home now.."

I guess, compared to what your team is doing for those hit by Ida, it pales.

But, OU is also giving all the proceeds of the ticket sales to Tulane. With every ticket bought through OU, their is also a link for you to give to the relief fund. (Of course the LSU guy has already said he doesn't care, SEC). They also have separate ways to give to the relief fund. They also are placing a green T-shirt, sith the Tulane logo, on every seat in the stadium.

Again, I know compared to what your team and all the other SEC school are doing to support those people, it is just a small bit. I am sure the two flagship texsas schools are doing much, much more.

Nice move by OU. I remember the way ASU treated LSU and LSU fans after Katrina. It may not seem like a big deal but it can be when you’re struggling through a natural disaster.

Well done, Sooners. Well done indeed.
