Im still crying this day almost 24 hrs later .My beloved Buckeyes are turning into Texas Tech . Ryan Day lost his first conference game since coming to THE O$U and somehow HArbaugh outcoached him . The defense is a complete embarrassment . Good news is the rumours are already flying that Day will go after Gary Patterson to run the defense next yr . TCU always had good defenses under Patterson . This yrs CFP will be a snooze .No Clemson,No O$U ,and yes ,No BAMA more than likely . I will cry today but pull myself together by tomorrow my necks .God Bless you all!!!!!!!!

Your offense is a paper tiger. It folds anytime you play a defense that you can't just run past. Has ever since Day showed up.

Not sure why you guys keep falling for it over and over when you put up 70 points on Rutgers, Purdue and some MAC school.

??? We put up 49 on Clemson in the semi final last yr ,we put up 45 on BAMA in 2014 , we put up points on good defenses all the time Day put up 62 on Michigan 2 yrs ago ( they backec out of the game last yr ... problem is not the offense neck . And alot of our defensive players will be in the NFL as well...problem is coaching ..i will say Day has too much Chip Kelley in him ,ill give u that

Correct - a team who could not run with your receivers

quote:

we put up 45 on BAMA in 2014

Pre-Ryan Day, old Urban/Herman offense in a totally different era of college defense. And also against an Alabama defense who could not run with fast WRs.

quote:

we put up points on good defenses all the time

2018
- 48 PPG vs non-winning teams
- 27 vs Penn State, 20 vs Purdue, 26 vs Michigan St, 28 vs Washington

2019
- 57 PPG vs non-winning teams
- 28 vs Penn State, 23 vs Clemson

2020
- 48 PPG vs non-winning teams
- 22 vs Northwestern, 24 vs Alabama

2021
- 50 PPG vs non-winning teams
- 28 vs Oregon, 33 vs Penn State, 26 vs Nebraska, 27 vs Michigan

That offense puts up MASSIVE differences in points against bad defenses and good defenses. The offenses aren't "bad", but they look otherworldly against teams that can't athletically match up and much more worldly against teams that can. Especially in the red zone.

This would be a great hire.

But I don't see why he would take this job. He's a good coach and should be able to get a HC job.

uou are cherry picking , how is Purdue of this yr a "non-winning team" ,they finished 8-4 ????? And Ohio St put up 59 on them ? I guess i dont get your definition of a non-winning team . I know one thing , BAMA would be hard pressed to beat Michigan,O$U and Penn St this yr ( yes the Penn St team that dominated Auburn when they had to come up and play in front of 100,000 + in a white out ) . If BAMA gets in this yr with 2 losses ,the whole thing is a joke ..now im pissed neck

why ? hes old and word is his HC days are over . He would get paid handsomely to come in and turn Ohio States defense back around . Why would he want Kentucky? To finsih 4th or 5th every year in whatever side east or west ?? UK is in . Please

On the contrary. For the first time in a long time, more people will actually give a shite because of the absence of (most likely) all of those teams. Gonna be great to see all new blood. Nobody wants to see OSU shite the bed again.

Side note: Telling that you spell OSU as O$U, y’think?

Why TF are you posting this here? I'm legitimately offended... If you're expecting sympathy from AN SEC BOARD, you'd have better luck finding it in a dictionary somewhere between schitt and syphilis..

the reason O$U is important in here is bc O$U stirs all of college football s drinks . We are the overlord . We are the Microsoft , we are what keeps everything else spinning correctly on its axis .O$U is at the levers and can basically do what it wants . POWER is a beautiful thing . $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
