You forget because you’re stupid. Only way to explain how you haven’t memorized that fact after 13 years.

A coach in multiple sports can win national championships at OU. Mizzou all sports all time have won a grand total of two. Face it your team is bad in sports. Oklahoma is a small state however four of our Heisman winners are Oklahoma kids. How many of Mizzou Heisman winners are Missouri kids?

No we will, when the time comes, hire someone who has been around a winning program

I can tell you for sure OU doesnt hire people like drink zero integrity. You dont win enough games for OU to hire your coach. Beating up on soft ooc schedules just doesnt do it for OU , neither does losing to Bama at home.

Who do idiots like you think OU opens up. He loses one more game and is probably in the CFBplayoff as a 11 or 12 seed. If not lower. Assuming his loss is to Bama

OU isn’t firing Venables. Venables will probably be firing a few position coaches at the end of the year though.

They won’t fire BV. He will go 8-4 at worst

OU has 6 games left. I don't think they will lose them all, but they could. If they lose this Saturday, they will certainly finish worse than 8-4.

Win something of consequence every once in a while if you want to be less forgettable.

Sending you a virtual hug. I'd be salty if my team was a perennial bottom feeder, too.

Ah, yes the Billy Vessels season from 73 years ago was truly magical. And if that doesn't convince you of OU's 2025 superiority, this surely will: Billy went on to play for the Edmonton Eskimos the following year. People are saying that the Oklahoma to Edmonton pipeline has coaches and recruits salivating.

OU’s cheating their way to blue blood status is over. Paying players is now legal/anyone can do it & you play in the SEC. OBraska is fricked. Face it. Enjoy your cheating past. It’s over!

OU is certainly opening up in the next 12 months. Maybe as early as next month.

If they lose Saturday, the wheels will be in motion. Even with a win Saturday, They’re probably gonna finish with 4-6 losses, yet again for the 3rd time in 4 years. 8-4 probably gets him another year, anything worse than 8-4 he’s out.

I do agree with someone else that this isn’t a good year to get in a coaching hunt, so unless they get a yes from Huepel they may wait til next year.

No matter how you slice it, the writing is on the wall for Venables…it’s pretty clear he can’t get it done.
