Didn't they also catch up in other seasons where Bama, Auburn or LSU didn't win a natty?

That's a bit premature.

I don't agree. I think the major powers are simply going through rebuilding years due to the immense loss of talent. Alabama is still a very talented team but it has lost 11 first rounders from its offense over the last three years (to include four WRs). The Tide just isn't as explosive on offense this year as they were from 2018-20 and with the defense still having problems, it's likely they drop a game or two if things aren't corrected.

Clemson, Ohio State, and Oklahoma have all underwhelmed. Georgia is the only team in the Top 5-10 right now who looks like a truly dominant team. It's early, things can change, but if I'm a voter I'm putting Georgia at #1 this week in the polls.

Check the 24/7 composite recruiting rankings. And try not to start silly threads like this again.

LSU has an all new very inexperienced staff and Orgeron at HC. Auburn has an all new staff and kept it close with Franklin who has been at PSU for 8 years and is running a machine there. So, no. Also, let me know when other conferences are winning multiple titles across multiple teams in the same decade like the sec in the past 2.

The overreaction to the best Alliance team beating the 9th best SEC team is hilarious.

Yes.

I’ve said it many times and this goes back decades.

Every other conference in the country is at best a two team conference.

If the BCS had started years earlier. The SEC would have dominated earlier.

Other conferences got away with AP voting bias.
