I don't get this at all. At some point Fisher has to start producing results. He can't live off of Jameis' legacy forever. I'd have to put Kiffin above him for now. Kiffin turned around a bad Ole Miss team in a hurry.

Stoops makes sense at #5. I mean, UK was projected to finish 2nd in the SEC East, and they did...and they only lost at home to a UT team that was decimated by transfer losses (and predicted by Sports Illustrated to finish 13th in the SEC) by 3. It definitely wasn't that bad... SEC Media Days projections had UK finishing 2nd in the East and Tennessee finishing 5th...so a 3 point loss isn't too bad, I guess. He's definitely in the top 5 and Heupel should be in the Meh...
