In the last ten years 9 out of 10 champs have come from the respective states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and South Carolina. The only exception is Ohio. How many more times does this need to happen for the country to realize the south is the only viable place for high quality CFB?

Is anybody really disputing that

Fox and ESPN certainly have been pushing the BIG talking points, also we had a heisman that lost to Tulane this year.

Yeah but what is the reason why?

Priorities. The BIG and West coast are in the process of giving up football outside of OSU, Mich, and Penn State. The south is the only region that will spend enough. It’s basically the Cold War in the SEC

You know why.
Demographics, and we love sports in the south.

Midwest has best coaches but the player talent is in the south. Demographics is huge, esp. With folks leaving the rust belt for the sunshine belt. Even Ohio recruits the south.

It really is, shameful they put two big 10 teams in the playoff field of 4. Can't wait for expansion.

I can see soccer overtaking football in places like Northwest and even Cali.

I hate the saying but its true. It just means more. They call us irrational when we demand the best out of our coaches and staffs and take defeat way too hard but its that pride and commitment to our schools that elevate them above everyone else. Cant wait to to see the sec playoffs in a few years.
