As much as I like to have fun busting their fans' ball, Georgia could've very easily had 2 this past decade. They're not loosing any steam. Georgia is likely next. They deserve it, although I will lament needing to retire "1980".

Cristobal has made Oregon a threat, again. UGA is noticeably closer ( gone further and more often vs proven tougher competition plus comparison of recent action vs Auburn ). Right now, the toughest X&O's challenge the Ducks face is Herm Edwards.

Penn State, Why not? Urban is gone and the B1G looks as winnable now as it has been in a while.

Notre Dame: Lol, No.

A&M: If the universe really cooperates, it could happen. Key ingredients include a combination of injuries, NFL draft attrition and NCAA sanctions on half of SEC West. Assuming all those boxes are checked, Aggies have a clear path to the title.

If there's a God in heaven, please let Oregon make to the finals only to lose to Auburn again on a last second field goal. SJWLand triggered for all eternity.

If it weren’t for that pesky Dubya-Dubya-Too, A&M would’a had a dynasty.

UGA, Wisky, PSU, Oregon, and OU. Add Michigan if they can dump Harbaugh for someone good. Maybe Baylor if they can recapture the magic of last season.

Nah, they're not getting into the playoffs. Big 12 won't get in unless it's Oklahoma or Texas, we've already seen that; and Oklahoma is wearing out their welcome.

This year, Georgia's offense might be as strong as the defense.

Point that the dismissive overlook in writing off the GA Offense is that it’s :

1. Rapidly improving

2. Going to 80 Play/game up tempo from 64

3. Going toward pass first from 44% passing (30 arts/Gm) to likely 54%(40+ atts/game)
That’s an extra 10 passes a game

Sheepdips in here cannot comprehend this happening. This takes time. No spring ball hurt you.

You’ll greatly close that Offensive Quality gap and performance will start to rise to that level of your defense.

GA will start beating folks with Jamie Newman at QB throwing 40 passes a game.

draw your own conclusions but I’m stat aware and leave you with these NCAA dot com nuggets to digest

WF with Jamie Newton was 15th Total Off (GA was 31st)

Jamie Newton a 60% passer (no change) had line issues. A better OL will greatly increase his accuracy in 2020. Expect 70%

GA 68 plays/gm — WF 83 plays/gm — 91 at Home

The “stumps” on this website cannot comprehend this effect — I clearly see what Kirby is cooking!

Whiznot, I leave you with these pearls. There is much much more — Great Thread

To your detractors, I say “Beam me up Scotty no sign of intelligent CFB life, Kirk out”

Where does this thought come from? Not trying to troll, but is it the transfer QB that struggled against weak competition? The promise of a new offensive scheme? I know Fromm was a snooze fest, but we all just watched LSU do something at a level that's never been seen in college football history... and Georgia fans are expecting it to happen a year after the first occurrence?

How are you going to put A&M in the same sentence as Georgia? A&M hasn't even finished in the top four since WW2. Georgia may not have an NC since 1980, but they've been one of the most consistent winners of the last five decades. Aggy is the definition of mediocre

Sure it will. This no spring offseason will certainly help install an entirely new offensive concept and QB. Georgia is about to put 50 a game up
