Better hope Arkansas doesn't win the the baseball natty this year. That will mean we will have a title in all three major sports.
Can Auburn say that if they win the baseball natty? Also don't have me that shite about Bama being the title winner in 64. National Champions don't lose their final game. I don't give a shite what kind equation they used to declare titles then. If we we going by that equation then Arkansas could literally claim the 65 title too except the run changed that year conveniently.

The Bowl Coalition didn't change anything starting in '92

Except that it did. The polls waited until after the CBC National Title game to declare the true National Champion. Prior to that the National Champion was voted on after the regular season, bowl games were essentially exhibition games and any "national title game". Meaning:

But either way it would have constituted playing in a title game.

No you didn't. You played in an imaginary meaningless title game that didn't actually matter to anybody outside of the fanbase involved

So sorry to break it to you, but all your crying won't change the fact that Arkansas:

Tennessee was two missed Scottie Hopson free throws from making that list.

Except you won't. AP titles are the only thing that mattered pre-92 and Arkansas doesn't have any of those

Champions don't claim exhibition games as "title" games. Champions claim "they're" titles by the standards of the day, which was the AP poll in 1964

Look at your intelligence Just a quick google and you find this. LINK Funny how I see Arkansas listed on the 64 title. Most here would value the opinion of the NCAA over a shitty troll.

That statement is factual. Sorry you're butthurt about Arkansas being trash in everything but baseball right now. Haven't been good at basketball in almost 25 years and haven't been relevant nationally in football in 50 years (not that you ever were since y'all have never won a real title in football)

The NCAA pretty much lists whoever happened to claim their school National Champ before the BCS, so your link is irrelevant.

Factual according to who? You?? Also pretty sure we just won a natty in Golf and Track. Not the big three but Auburn sure as hell ain't winning even those.

wow, that's embarrassing you have to stoop that low

But Auburn already has won a National Championship in Track and pretty sure we've been better and come closer in golf than y'all have recently

Your football title is false, and nobody cares about running. In reality, sports that people care about it's 2>1 in favor of Auburn

Great observation.

I got my guy to run the numbers on this. He also only counted 5 of 6 teams.

So now you're bragging about a women's golf individual championship wow, were all so impressed. Auburn's women golf team is one of the top women's golf programs in SEC history

Again, keep on popping those veins in your forehead but all your track titles and your super impressive individual women's golf title won't change the fact that Arkansad has never played in a legitimate football national championship game and can't hang with Auburn in sports that matter
