Actually the game was at Wetumpka. Montgomery area. Even more brutal for the losers was it was at their own stadium.

She clearly doesn’t understand football at all. But that’s about like my wife at games. I used to try and get her to give me the scoop of the Auburn games while I was at work and bless her heart she couldn’t get the job done.

My wife once said something to the effect of “QB gave the ball away and the guy was tackled before the end zone. “
I assumed she meant turnover and we tackled the opponent just shy of the GL.
Turns out it was merely a handoff (so it was in our favor) and I think to the 5 or 6 yard line. After that I realized auto refresh on ESPN would have to do.

How in the world did that count. Clearly a forward fumble at 45 seconds. Unless high doesn;t have the rule about advancing a fumble in last 2 minutes

This is in Wetumpka. I live five miles north of this stadium. I’m not a Wetumpka native and didn’t go to school at Wetumpka.
