In the current climate immediately College Football would become a model of “modern slavery”. Even more so if the deceased is African American.
I’m not saying this is right or wrong just what would happen. Be careful with what you wish for. I rather wait than rush into a disastrous situation.

Maybe not. If a student has the ability to opt out of playing without loss of scholarship (would lose a year of eligibility) they can make the choice for themselves without any undue pressure.

Didn't the SEC already say you could opt out and your scholarship will still be honored? I know LSU did.
But if not then yes that should be the policy to nip that narrative in the bud. It's a horseshite narrative bc 99% of the players want to play.

That would certainly help.

But you can’t tell where they got it from.
So if some dude gets it at a party or the grocery store and dies it’s footballs fault
