Once UT and OU enter the SEC does A$M…..

stay or do they look for new conference to bring the “Texas market” to? Does the SEC need them anymore? Does UT pressure the SEC to drop them? I mean A$M was invited for one reason, the Texas TV market. Why do they stay and will their inevitable departure be voluntary or involuntary?

I could see A$M reaching out to the Big 10. They are relegated to SEC bottom tier and in their simple minds they could dominate the Big 10. Big 10 would get the Texas market(little do they know all they’d get is College Station mkt). And it would begin anew for A$M, a new conference to embarrass and to stink up.

They will be sitting at the kiddie’s table taking whatever we give them up until they build up some equity. Well, it’s anything but inevitable, because it’s not going to happen. And when’s the last time a P5 conference just told a school to gtfo? I would imagine there would be litigation over hundreds of millions of dollars.
