What's the story? Did Ole Miss try to buy a MSU player off their roster and failed?
That would be the only reason to respond to a 247 writer right?

It's like they are BOTH saying on the 19th, after the portal closed on the 18th, they are shopping your Roster and telling you they are.

on 1/19/23 at 12:56 pm to JjdocThe 1/18 deadline is the cut off to enter the portal. Once players are the portal they have until the chosen school's enrollment deadline to decide where they are enrolling. That's what the fishing tweets are about. OM will have more announced soon.

Ole Miss pursued Rara yes. Ended up finishing 2nd for him unfortunately. UGA's tough to compete with.

Not sure what you are not following.
- MS ST did not have anymore people enter the portal.
- Portal closes.
- Not legal to recruit off a roster unless they are in the portal.
