Welcome to our world. "You haven't beaten anybody but Ole Miss." Then, "that was the worst Auburn team in the history of Auburn football. You still haven't beaten anybody." If State ran the table this year and won the SEC title, I bet the douches would be saying, "this was the weakest the conference has ever been!"

Aggies can relate to this all too well. We constantly get this anytime we mention that we completely owned the SWC for a decade.
Most Ags get it, you gotta earn your respect and even then it may not be given. That's cool because in the end the respect doesn't really matter. What matters is what you know about your team and what they accomplished. I accepted with our SEC move that no matter what we accomplish (which so far is close to nothing) that some will never respect us. Honestly we are getting more respect in some ways in the SEC than we did in the Big 12. At least the amount of insults is considerably fewer if you can believe that. In the Big 12 it is considered weird to actually support your team and be passionate about it.

What exactly is so hard to understand that until you beat a top 25 team you haven't beaten anyone? If you beat last years arky then yeah you beat someone.
You have beaten an arky team that lost to ULM, at home and then cupcakes. If you beat us you beat last years worst SEC team who is one year removed from getting blown out at home by la tech. You have to think pretty low of your self if you want credit from SEC's best for that

Are you reading the thread? I simply asked who is left on our schedule to best that will earn us respect besides LSU and Bama.
I want a concrete answer so you don't go moving the goal posts on this argument later.

Well can you not read? I said beat State and that's a real win. Beat Auburn at their place and that's a real win. Beat LSU and Bama and those are real wins. If you end up 9-3 like you all think then you actually won a game or two
