Now everyone is going to let LSU get a 28 point lead and try to sneak back into victory while the defense is asleep.

Actually, I think any team with a decent running game has a shot. Alabama climbed back into the game the same way, simply by going back to what they do best

No one left in the regular season has a shot. After that, its all good teams and all bets are off.

Really? 77 yard punt return, 66 yard pass, 85 yard pass.

No one can keep up with our offense running the ball. That's why none of this matters.

Seems like a solid strategy. Should our defense take the field in the first half or just show up in 3Q ready to roll?

We've actually been pretty stout against the run. Ole Miss runs a run first RPO spread and Plumlee is a perfect fit. Counters like those Ole Miss ran are not the same as counters that are run by most teams.

Alabama made a good run but it was the bombs to Lee that really made it close pause the PR.

Ole Miss didn't show anyone anything of substance about how to beat us. They did it their way and props to them but it's not transferrable to Clemson, Ohio State, aTm or UGa.

You assume we will be there.
Arky and Aggs are going to destroy us with this strategy!

1. Go out and find a kid that runs faster than everyone else and play him at QB.
2. Quickly get down 28-0 against LSU who has the best offense in all of football
3. THEN, turn that fast QB loose when the LSU D gives absolutely zero fricks.

Sure you’ll still lose by 3 TDs, but that fast QB will get lots of yards.

All they gotta do is put a WR at QB...you really don't need him to have one shred of passing ability to run offense like Plumlee did...I mean you'll still lose by 21, but it'll be fun for awhile

ETA: Scoppandscore basically beat me to it

Jake fromms been running sprints. He thinks he can at least get 30 yards rushing.

On a lot of teams everyone runs a 4.4 40. I read that on the internet.

No, just not any team with a decent run game can beat lsu. It will take very good run game and a team with an elite defense to beat lsu this year. Think 2011 Bama defense and run game type team . This year UGA, TOSU and Clemson (Bama could with Tua- Mac? Don't think so bec6Defense isn't elite enough) are the only teams IMO have all the ingredients needed to beat Lsu.

We have played the run well when its straight up at us. The counters have been what is killing us. poor gap dicipline

No doubt the 2011 Bama defensive team would make for a great game against our current offense. That defense was nasty (on both defenses)

OSU is going to stomp a mudhole in LSU's arse. That is if it doesn't happen sooner. A&M finally got a run game and UGA is your opponent in the SEC-C. burro can't perform miracles without the ball in his hands.
