Believe it was 2010, BAMA played 6 SEC teams in a row that were coming off of byes.

And SC is coming off a bye this week. So in a year where everyone gets two bye's, not only does Ole Miss have 7 games in a row , they get teams coming off bye weeks in back to back games...

Let's see if they can drop 3...

So when we win the next 2 week will you come back and say we are good and had a bad week against UK? Or will you say SC sucks and the refs robbed LSU?

Ole Miss doesn’t have much to gripe about considering their schedule compared to others !

That still doesn't guarantee wins.

Both on the road and coming off a bad home loss themselves. I’ve been a fan of lane but I thought he really shite the bed against Kentucky. Ole miss was atrocious on 3rd down with a 3 year starting QB and supposedly a great offensive mind at head coach. We’ll see if he can adjust and prove himself the next few weeks.

Is that the year that Auburn won the west and lost to Georgia in SEC championship game and then you beat them in the title game after like 8 weeks rest ?

Teams coming off bye weeks tend to have slow starts. The advantage is with the more labored team, unless there are new injuries.

Yep there appears to be no advantage but certain coaches seem to do better or worse in conference games after bye weeks.
