It seems like Oregon has made some great strides under his S&C program. I am curious what your impressions were of him while at Ole Miss.

Lots of muscle. Lots of injuries.
People at the OM camp are saying they like our new S&C coach because he's not as fricking insane at practices and people are getting hurt a lot less.
But everyone loves their new S&C coach....so I would just focus on the first line.

We’ve had our healthiest camp in years. That’s interesting. I think a lot injuries happened all around during COVID. We’ve accused Coach Feld of the same.

It wasn't just really just fall camp that we saw a lot of injuries. They piled up as the season went on.

He’s pretty good. Especially at keeping the team emotionally engaged and focused.

He’s leaned out a lot our guys and we aren’t having the soft tissue problems. However, S&C coaches were up against a lot outside influences the past two year.
Also, the speed coach has helped a lot.

The favorite guy in the building is always the new Strength and Conditioning coach.
If you mandate that guys show up for training and workouts, usually you have intended results. At Auburn, new S&C coach Pitman has players lifting heavy, heavy weight. Russell the previous guy didn't emphasize that. The downside to lifting heavy is injuries. If no injuries, you're probably better off for football. I'm sure your strength coach is great if he mandates his players show up. Believe it or not that still happens in programs.

Practices and scrimmages are a lot quieter now.

That’s funny. Coach Feld was much louder than Love.
He seems to be more focused on speed than Feld, which seems the total opposite than what Ole Miss fans are saying.

He was a really good coach for us. Felt like I noticed a pretty big difference his first year in our conditioning. I thought our previous strength coach Paul Jackson was terrible and Love got us back to having a real s&c program so you guys got a good one.

Remember when he threw that guy off the top of the stadium?

Like someone else says, the current s&c coach is always the best.
I liked him though.
That being said, the OM team looks the part this year physically. So….

It’s obvious when S&C is bad.
