Ole Miss fans are very upset

Losing that game and your coach is a hell of a double whammy.

I was at the game, he sounded normal to me. All the PA guy does is announce the plays on the field, I’m not sure what else to expect from him lol

They have obviously never been down to UK in Lexington and had to hear that "First down, KENTUCKY!" blare out of the loudspeakers at the stadium! (Was there in '89 when UK beat us pretty convincingly. I cringed every time I heard it.)

When you're the visiting team, you had just better expect to home team's folks are gonna be homers and toss deriding comments your way with regularity. If you get bent out of shape over it, you should probably confine your fandom to home games only.

They so mad about how embarrassed they got last night.

Similar to the douchebags on the Tennessee call in show trying to insult SC’s field in order to make themselves feel better about getting their asses handed to them.

They’ve done that as long as I’ve been alive. My dad, grandfather, and great grandfather all went to U of A. Great grandfather was on the board of directors in the 60s when Arkansas won the Natty. I remember going to razorback games as a kid

Dunno about the PA announcer thing, but the SEC Network crew was helping Lane pack his bags at the end of the game and Cole Cubelic was talking about how much "we" (i.e. Auburn) could make a difference for him and the players he'd take from us were he to take the job. It was definitely weird.

Felt a lot like Joe Buck calling Game 6 of the World Series last year and saying "this could be the last home run hit by Freddie Freeman in a Braves uniform" as we were winning the world series. Whether you end up being right or not isn't the issue, there's a time and place for those types of discussions and it ain't in the middle of a game.

The cowbells make it unpleasant to watch MSU home games on TV. It's like a constant background moan that never stops as the game goes on. I can't imagine what it's like in person.

It kind of reminds me of the vuvuzelas at soccer matches. It's just this annoying background sound that ruins the game.

I mean, any time the Hogs get a first down it's a "AND THATS ANOTHER ARKANSAS RAZORBACK..."

and the announcer and crowd say "FIRST DOWN!"

Pretty standard stuff for a home team's stadium. I think just about all stadium announcers do that, and have a lot more hype when announcing the home team's plays.

When the away team gets a first down, he'll just simply say "first down Ole Miss at the __ yard line"

Not sure why anyone would take offense to that.

That being said, the SEC Network guys were being pretty disrespectful and biased with some of their commentary. There were several Arkansas fans that even commented on it last night during the game. It wasn't favorable to Arkansas, it was more anti-Ole Miss talking about Kiffin leaving and who all he'd take with him to Auburn. Basically saying Auburn is the better program during an SEC broadcast featuring the team losing said coach.

That probably would've rubbed me the wrong way as an OM fan, there's recruits watching these games. And they went on and on and on and on about Kiffin leaving for a better job. It was rough.

Haven’t heard from this bozo since the Kentucky/State game. Wow Houdini couldn’t top this act.

I've been to Fayetteville twice, the last time in the mid 2000s sometime when Mcfadden was still playing, and it was the exact same back then.

Ole Miss fans have really shown their arse the past few weeks. Ive never even thought about OM fans until recently and they're top tier shitty fans for such a below average program.
