This game was a very fun time on tRant.
All the old guard SEC fans where playing the “yeah but, you haven’t played a team from the a big Bad West yet! Ole Miss is gonna kick your arse!”
Then we dominated the game. The week following was fantastic internet

I was too. An Old Miss fan behind me was mouthing the entire game. Middle of the 4th quarter I didn't hear anything. Turned around and he was gone.

The two schools or at least the people are closer linked than most think. OM has a sizable alumni and student base from St. Louis. I have several good friends that I met at OM from St. Louis and all over Missouri. OM is full of Cards fans. Used to trade opening spots in Oxford and Springfield with a band from there. Once we were playing in their town and they were playing Oxford and we stayed at each other's houses and partied with each other's friends. Great folks. We are all friends to this day. Every time we play y'all you seem to have an elite QB and it doesn't work out well for us.
