For the NCAA to come down this hard on them for something like this is the very definition of selective enforcement.
I'm far from a Mizzou apologist, in fact, frick them. But this is bullshite. It's a swastika made of bullshite.

Missouri should have never been allowed in the conference.. It's bad enough we have Old Piss screwing around now we have Safe Space U embarrassing us.

Nah. frick Mizzou. This is what they get for hiring tPOS as a tutor. You let a rat in your house and expected it to mind its manners. It didn’t. You are stupid. I have no sympathy.

Was it this rodent?
Mizzou got jobbed for self reporting.

Yep. frick SJWU and their concerned student whatever, but this NCAA ruling is arbitrary and capricious.
Translation for the LSU posters...yaw, yaw bullshite. Yaw, yaw, yaw billboard.

They need to be returned to the Big 12 and we can try this expansion thing again..

Most of you guys have grown on me, but I don’t think LSU fans ever will. I’m sure the feeling is mutual and that is just fine with me.

This says it all. They had the hammer dropped on them for some pretty penny ante BS that they self reported in the first place.
What is going to come of this is that schools are going to be very loathe to self report in the future. Do you run the risk you'll turn in something minor to the NCAA only to have them use you as a pinata or do you keep it nice and quiet? Well... after watching Missouri get kicked in the balls I'm guessing a lot more schools will go with the second option.

Yep, don’t self report and deny deny deny.

Schools will self report because the NCAA is full of rats who are looking to hold serve for the revenue generators while smiling and telling the smaller schools that their treatment will be equitable. Look at Alabama’s self reporting compared to what Mizzou just got hit with for an example. Alabama players can party with agents on a boat and all they’ll have to do is pay some money back and get a one game suspension. Same with UNC situation.

I can assure you that feeling is mutual.

Just ask Ole Miss. They had a player smoking a bowl on national tv and saying he got paid to play...but Ole Miss acted like we didn't see what we all saw and got a slap in the wrist for much worse.

Had it not been for this tutor coming forward none of this would have come out. Mizzou's complete lack of vigilance and competence are what got them in trouble

This LSU fan is with Mizzou on this one. The NCAA is one of the most unjust incompetent regulatory bodies in existence.

Had it not been for the tutor coming forward, Mizzou wouldn’t have known. The NCAA even said she acted alone.
So get busted for lack of vigilance, but blatantly pay players and create fake classes you get off with nothing. Makes perfect sense.
