If they don’t get intimidated and show up playing like they did vs Clementine.

That team looked unstoppable...

And Bama (specifically their offense) hasn't?

Alex Leatherwood already did to some extent with his "we'll see if they come to play football" comment.

You should drop your whole stimulus check on it.

Be sure to show us the receipt though.

History shows that it's really hard to get up emotionally for a revenge game that you've been studying and planning for, and then mimic that performance back-to-back.

If they can manage to do it, however, they could certainly win, no doubt.

From this?

quote:

Offensive lineman Alex Leatherwood is aware of the veterans the Buckeyes have in the front seven and how Alabama won’t be able to trick them with any new schemes or wrinkles. Leatherwood said the excitement level goes, “way through the roof,” as he looks forward to the matchup.

“Not saying we’re not excited for any game or any opponent we’re playing, but we’re just competitors, you know what I mean,” Leatherwood said. “We love to compete and we’re going to step up to the challenge, and we’re going to see if they want to play football.”

Leatherwood said Alabama needs to attack Ohio State directly because the Buckeyes are smart and good at what they do.

“So it’s just going to be like mano e mano,” he said.

You have to really be looking for that, Dabo made it so much easier and more clear

I don't get the whole "Ohio vs. The World" deal that they try to push lately.

I mean, it's Ohio State, not a UCF-type team that's trying to shake up the college football landscape.

It's sad how some of you LSU fans need to live vicariously through other teams to complete your fantasy of beating Alabama.

True but I was suprised at how Leatherwood ended that statement knowing how Saban drills his guys on what to say and how to say it.

Ohio State has too much history and is too damn talented for this stuff. It’s probably mostly fans, but looking for disrespect to get psyched? Come on.

A large portion of our fanbase is the most insecure fanbase in America and looks for disrespect in everything. I say this with all respect to LSU fans who also play these things up to another level.

I like listening to some Sirius?XM channel 84 during the season and most of our fans that call in make me cringe when I hear the shite they whine and complain about. Of course, a lot of the SEC fans that call in are cringe worthy as well.

I don’t get it either. The “world” handed them a playoff birth simply for being Ohio State. The world certainly wasn’t against them. The world gave them special treatment for being who they are.

I think you can easily explain his quotes in a different manor. He gives mostly respect to them. I don't think it hits even close to the same for Ohio St coaches/players compared to what one of the most vocal guys in CFB said about yall more than once.
