Urban 3 game suspension.

BoT wants immediately reinstated and President wants a suspension per ESPN and Brett McMurphy.
Urban Meyer will be at press conference, guess he will retain his job.
Urban can return to team on September 2nd but not coach until after TCU game week 3.
