To be fair, he was an improvement over the co-coordinators. But he as a coach is completely dependent on talent.

I tried telling my Hog neighbors up here when they got all giddy about his hire that his prevent defense that he is noted for didn't mean what they thought it did. It meant it prevented you from winning in the last two minutes of the ball game. If the Hog's season so far isn't evidence of that I don't know what is.

I told my A&M family members that they were dumb for “stealing” chavis. Dude relied solely on isolated corners, couldn’t recruit and wasted talent.
