20. Jay Prosch, Auburn, FB: A holdover from last year's Freaks list, the 6-0, 256-pound fullback is actually quite lean, according to Tiger strength coach Ryan Russell, who says Prosch has just 5.9 percent body fat. Prosch also has good speed for a fullback, having clocked a 4.59 40. "Jay is the ultimate guy to have in a strength program. He's highly self-motivated and a great positive motivator to his teammates," said Russell. "I've never seen anybody else quite like him."

So Prosch has been clocked at a 4.59 40 time. So let's take a look at a few fanboy hyped players that this big white boy is faster than

(Combine NFL 40 times)
Jadaveon Clowney 4.64
Montee Ball 4.66
Jonathan Banks 4.61
Manti Teo 4.82
Robert Lester 4.66
Vick Ballard 4.65
Mark Ingram 4.62
Jarvis Jones 4.92 (pro day)

5.9 percent body fat is ridiculous. Is he in competitions?

With a 5.9% body fat, I'd think he'd look more chiseled/defined than that pic.

Lord knows AU needs leadership from it's players. Good to hear that this kid is motivating some folks in the off-season.

It's hard to imagine how he's built if you haven't seen him up close, in person. Not sure if those numbers are exact, but I'd definitely believe that his body fat is pretty damn close to that, and he's never seemed slow on the field by any stretch.

He came and hung out with us on Spring Break for one of the days. He was so jacked it was gross

He was always huge in HS, but he's gone to another level in college

I heard a lot of talk about him last offseason but don't remember him doing much during the season. Was he hurt?

He was a fullback. You don't hear much about them

Let me rephrase. Did his play live up to the pre-season hype?

Tre Mason can thank him for his 1,000 yard season. Wouldn't have even been close without Prosch.

He's just one of those freaks that was born with an insane amount of muscle mass. I can't even comprehend being that strong.

Pretty good. Resulted in a sub 3 win season.

No. No it's not. 8-9% looks more accurate.

I hate guys like that. They have the frame to add the muscle, and then just live in the gym.

Oh, and they juice.
